We are a locally owned wellness center specializing in holistic practices that focus on the person and their personal wellness journey. Our goal is to help our community grow and learn about wellness practices that can help not only mental health but spiritual and physical health as well.

We have a select group of therapists that specialize in a diverse range of diagnoses and therapeutic modalities. Our therapists currently offer in-person and online therapy to meet the needs of our changing culture. Each therapist has numerous years of experience in the counseling field and have a passion for their practice and helping their clients on their personal journeys.
