We will work together to determine what your needs are and develop goals and then develop skills and strategies to help you reach these goals. These could include changing negative thought processes, learning skills to emotionally regulate, learning how to be mindful of your reactions to stressors, learning how to set boundaries, and changing behaviors.
Whatever the case, the goal of individual therapy is to help you find out what works best for you to find balance, wellness, and joy in your life.
