Individual Therapy (Telehealth and In-Office):
It is important to learn from past experiences in order to find wellness and recovery for your present and future. We will work together to determine what your needs are and develop goals and then develop skills and strategies to help you reach these goals. These could include changing negative thought processes, learning skills to emotionally regulate, learning how to be mindful of your reactions to stressors, learning how to set boundaries, and changing behaviors.
Whatever the case, the goal of individual therapy is to help you find out what works best for you to find balance, wellness, and joy in your life.
Comprehensive Clinical Assessments (Telehealth and In-Office):
It is important that we learn from you what has gone on in your past and what is currently occurring that is causing stress or dysfunction. During your initial appointment, your therapist will conduct an assessment for determination of diagnosis and level of care need.
**Medicaid Clients: It is required that a thorough diagnostic assessment is completed at the beginning of treatment and may be required on a yearly basis for the continuation of care. Please note that your initial session will include this assessment only and a recommendation for level of care will follow.
